I'm Michael

My career has taken me across automotive, travel, telecommunications, software, professional services, and customer engagement technology. Along the way, I've worked with organizations ranging from global brands to growth-stage software companies, helping launch products, improve customer engagement, build teams, and navigate periods of growth and change.

I've had the opportunity to work with organizations including Toyota, Expedia, T-Mobile, Microsoft, Centric Consulting, and Manago AI. While the industries and business models were different, many of the challenges were the same: understanding customers, aligning teams, bringing products to market, and turning strategy into execution.

Today, I spend most of my time thinking about growth strategy, product strategy, AI commercialization, market positioning, and go-to-market execution. Those interests are shaped by experiences across multiple industries, markets, and stages of company growth.

    Manago AI

    VP of Product

    Previously: Head of Product Marketing and Strategic Advisor

    Led product strategy, positioning, pricing, AI commercialization, and go-to-market initiatives during a period of transformation and rebrand. Worked closely across product, marketing, sales, and leadership teams, contributing to board and investor discussions through strategic planning, commercial updates, and market positioning initiatives.

  2. 2015

    Centric Consulting

    Practice Lead & Capability Lead

    Built and grew a customer engagement and marketing technology practice serving organizations across multiple industries. Worked with clients, teams, and executive stakeholders to help improve customer engagement, strengthen marketing capabilities, and support business growth. The practice included strategic partnerships with Salesforce and Marketo, supporting both advisory and implementation initiatives.


  3. 2021

    Microsoft

    Consulting & Customer Engagement Leadership

    Through embedded consulting roles with Bridge Partners and Centric Consulting, worked closely with Microsoft teams on product launch strategy, customer engagement, adoption analytics, and business growth initiatives. This included evaluating launch effectiveness, analyzing customer adoption and usage patterns, and helping strengthen long-term engagement between Microsoft and consulting teams.

    T-Mobile

    Customer Engagement & Technology Initiatives

    Worked on customer engagement and technology initiatives supporting customer communications, merchandising programs, and customer experience efforts. Contributed to third-party product launches, including new device introductions, while analyzing website behavior and conversion patterns to identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and business performance.

    Expedia

    Customer Engagement & Platform Enablement

    Worked with teams across Expedia brands to establish shared processes, standards, and technology approaches that enabled inventory sharing across multiple travel sites. Also helped evolve the loyalty program capabilities and customer benefits to create a more integrated and consistent customer experience.

    Customer Engagement & Digital Experience

    Worked with Toyota teams and agency partners on customer engagement, digital experience, and direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives supporting multiple vehicle launches. Experience included customer segmentation, predictive analysis, and communication programs focused on customer acquisition, loyalty, and vehicle repurchase behavior.

What I've Learned


I've been fortunate to build a career across Fortune 500 brands, consulting, and growth-stage companies. While every role was different, a few themes have remained consistent.


Growth rarely comes from technology alone. It comes from understanding customers, making clear strategic choices, and helping teams focus on what matters most.


Whether launching products, building practices, leading go-to-market initiatives, or helping companies navigate change, I've found that the fundamentals remain surprisingly constant: listen carefully, simplify complexity, and turn strategy into action.


Today, I spend most of my time thinking about growth, product strategy, customer engagement, AI commercialization, and how organizations can create clarity in increasingly complex markets.
